We prefer you submit maintenance requests through your tenant portal. Please login to your tenant portal and follow the prompts. If you do not have a login or password for your tenant portal, please reach out to office with the portal set up button below. You can also call our 24/7 Live Operator Maintenance Call Center at (203) 242-8770

NOTE: Please allow up to 48 hours for any non-emergency work orders to be processed. Work orders received over the weekend that are not of an urgent matter will be processed the following Monday or next business day.
