Leasing

  • How do I put in a maintenance request?

    You can submit a maintenance request through your online portal or call (203)-242-8770

  • How do I get in contact during a maintenance emergency?

    If it is during office hours please call the office.  If it is during off-hours, please call (203)-242-8770

  • How long does a maintenance request take?

    Normally if submitted during the week it will take about 24-48 hours.  Depending on what the request is it might be quicker. 

  • If I have a water leak what do I do?

    If the water is leaking out of a toilet or you can see where the leak is coming from, try to shut off the water or put a bucket under the spot.  After that please call (203)-242-8770

  • What do I do if my electricity or gas is out?

    Typically, it is the utility company that responds to outages but if the rest of the building has power please flip your breaker.  You can also check the utility companies’ websites for updates on the outage.  Also, feel free to give us a call if the utilities are working so we can notify the other occupants

  • Do you offer short term lease?

    Yes, there is a premium charged.  $75 extra a month for a 3 month, $50 extra a month for 6 months, $25 extra a month for 9 months.  We also offer addendums for a wide range of reasons.     

  • How much is the application?

    Application Fee is $20 

  • What would my security deposit be?

    Typically, it is one month’s rent for security, but it depends on your application 

  • Where do you own apartments?

    Bridgeport, Stratford, Derby, Shelton, Ansonia, Hamden, Beacon Falls, and Cheshire

  • Are your properties pet friendly?

    We are pet friendly at all of our properties, please reach out to the office for more information

Online Portal

  • What can I do on my online portal?

    You can pay rent, submit & track maintenance requests, as well as sign, view, and print your lease.

  • How do I sign up for the online portal?

    When you move in, an activation link will be sent to set it up

  • Are there any fees?

    If paying with a debit card there is a flat $9.99 fee. A 2.99% fee will be applied when paying with a credit card.  There is no fee for ACH payments 

  • What if I need to change my log in email?

    Please contact the office and they will assist you.
